Flying Oslo-Sofia for GBP 165 round-trip. Austrian Air, stop-over in Vienna (5 hours per leg). No Plovdiv flights available for these dates from Oslo. But, no, have not heard of new Plovdiv flights. If availbale and at same price level, that would be a better option, yes.
