I and several other owners in our bpock use Intasure , one claim is currently ongoing , but slight problem , make sure you get an apartment check report yearly or they try wriggle out of it , or take alot longerSnow white .... you say u use a bulgarian firm ? allianz ? allianz isnt bulgarian , although they have a bg office

Allianz is no more Bulgarian than i am,( altohugh they have a BG office/ dept)Most of the owners in our complex use intasure , one is currently claiming, just make sure you have an annual report doen by an independant on state of apartment or complex.
As they are currently trying to wriggle out of his claim , saying damage may of been made worse by delay on reporting it etc

well, sorry its Allianz but through a Bulgarian broker handled by our management. So yes, through the Allianz BG office. Either way, its not look after by a UK broker like we used to use in the past. I was a bit hesitant about moving away from a uk company but they were all reluctant to insure us as a group. Allianz, however, have also not done a group policy, we all have individual policies however we have group discounts because we transact as a group so a single premium is made to cover ...
