If I use a contact link on a haulage company's site to send a pleading letter, it wipes my inbox emails. I'm getting really cheesed off. It's just done it again when I tried sending an email to the Bulgarian Embassy using their contact link. Any ideas?
There's some interesting links on their charities page but I'm not sure if to contact them.
Think the error would be their end not yours. Try getting their e-mail from another source rather than clicking the contact link - then enter it in as normal.
BG, That's your problem I think. When you click on a link it automatically brings up Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook as your default emailing and when you try to send it it can't find a "sender" - am I right so far?
The way to get round this is either write down the email address or copy and paste it into a new message. Hope this helps.
PS. the people at [email protected] will think I have gone mad because I have just use dthe email link and sent a message with "test" in the message bar
So this means I can send it okay because I have my computer set up to receive and send my emails through Microsoft Outlook.
