Your so funny fraser.......so your telling me they will force people into using the new gondola?....what are they going to do, set up a road barrier and question everyone travelling from sofia for a ski and not allow them to continue past on a public road. What about people who are staying in a hotel or apartment in boro?....hence everyone from sofia will just say "we are staying at rila hotel"....and keep driving.......in fact, u are hilarious, next u will be telling me that us workers from samokov who work in boro will be issued with an identification card to enable them to have vehicle access in borovets.......or will they give us "no option"....but to take the gondola!!!.
Reality is, the gondola from samokov to boro will not get used!....its a waste of money.

Andy sorry to have offended you, as a 'worker' you obviously know a lot more about it than me, prehaps youve missed the police prescence on a saturday and sunday at the bottom of boro checking where people are going. It will be fine for people to say they are going to the 'rila' but wont make much sense if once there they cant park anywhere!!!! hence the large car park at the new station as i said. Obviously 'workers' such as yourself will still go to bor, youll just need a permit to park (hasnt anyone told you that?) otherwise the tow away people will be busy, and believe me with money involved they will be more efficient than they were this season!!
youre missing the point though, firstly the full length will allow more access up the mountain, cut down on the queues, secondly will be more likely to work when the winds up , and thirdly how else will you access the new runs going in at sokolets and bandarata??? doesnt seem a waste of money to me, makes a lot of sense, and an integral part of the picture. Suggest you look at the larger picture!
