As I keep saying anybody booked for Bulgaria should cancel and get a late deal to France where snow is guaranted. Other plus points would be cleanliness and food.

i tryed to change resorts, but the travel company told me it is not possible as it is in the conditions of the contract when you book that you cant change due to no snow.
