I am also out on the 12th and not worried at all. It is my 5th time in boro and last year we had a blast despite a massive lack of snow. Yastrabets is long enough not to get bored too easily and the bar at the bottom is always a bonus for the delish brandy hot choc (im sure though not as good as the white house ;-)

We were getting the bus to the chairlift as the run from the top of the gondola was closed on the first few days. I would definately advise getting there early as the run was lovely first thing but by the afternoon was more like an ice skating rink plus the queues are very long.
I cant imagine the mussala path could be much worse than last year, we stupidly decided to ski it on the last day and it took an hour and a half to get down along mud and rocks and sludge nice!!!
Kas are you doing a meet w/c 12th? we did one last year with you in titanic with your welsh friend from crete???
Hi Kas,
Where are the lock ins? Went to Boro last year and had fun but stayed in the Lion so a bit out of town. Am in the Flora this year so am keen to do a bit more socialising.
Do you run the bar? Tell me how it all works!! We are there from the 13th
Hi all,
We, some 150 listeners to starfm rockradio station in Nurnberg and Berlin, spent the last weekend at the Hochzillertal in Austria and the skiing condition were not as good as last year. So there is no need to worry. At least sun was shining, it was clear and cold but there was nearly no snow in the valley. Up on top only machine made snow that was very hard and mixed up with icy patches.
Some prices on the slopes:
Spaghetti Bolognese 10 - 12 Euro

Hey Roland you was out with Starfm? Had you a great time? Just counting the days, only 5 more sleeps and lets go to Thessaloniki and Melnik, on sunday to the beach for a beachstroll in sunny beach and later that week we will be to the mountains and I'm sure some snow will be in my "Trunk"....
Will have a drink for you in Sunny Beach and Borovez
Yes, we went to Kaltenbach and Hochfügen, just for two days. But it was hard. We started in Berlin on Friday at 9 am and arrived our family hotels after a change in Nurnberg at 9 pm. We took acommodation, met at a bar where we stayed till 3 in the morning, breakfast at 8, entered the bus at 9, skiing till 4 pm and then had some drinks at an apres ski party. We had our evening meal at 8 pm. After that 50 people returned to the hotels to meet at the bar, some of us went to a diskothek. On ...
