HiI've just rang Inghams to see about changing to Bansko and they are telling me it will cost through the nose.
They are also saying that there are 15cm on the lower slopes and 40cm on the upper with 5 out of 12 runs open. This they say is from the reps in the resort.
I think i will continue follow Kaz's honest and reliable reports.
I will also be giving rakia a miss!!!

I ALLIn the Rila at the moment skiing is dire !!!!!!!
In fact there is really none worth talking about !
to top it all now its cloudy !!!!
I hope the airports are open at home on Sunday as I could not stand another day

Hi All,
Coming out from Gatwick (fingers crossed) tomorrow with other half. We are first time boarders (I didn't fancy skiing on own while other half in boarding lessons - so giving it a shot - I hope). Gutted about the snow, but will be happy enough if I get to learn a bit of boarding. I think I'd have felt worse if I was coming to ski.
Anyway, thanks for all the updates, Kas, nice to know what the score is even if the news isn’t always good. Maybe see you all in the Titanic. ...

Guys, back from boro now but have to go back again and am seriously drunk... Got the wii working and rather than doing the skiing we have done frisbee, bowling and tennis! Got to go back to Boro in a bit...will soldier on, but it's hard work!!
Met Mattski in titanic (has been posting on here) and he's really cool - one of his mates had a go on the wii and lost (against a 5 year old) but was still smiley!! Good luck with the flights tomoz and sorry I don't have anything more positive to ...

As posted by the other half (Hi Michelle!) we will be out tomorrow. I have been doing a snow dance all week at work but it seems to have failed. Thanks go out to Kas for all the updates. Cannot beleive Neilson are saying, and I quote "Improving conditions thanks to the new snow" on their website. Maybe they know something we don't.
Anyway, will make the most of what their is and have a good week whatever the weather.
