Hi there - you will see that I have just posted my report too. We stayed at the Rila and our room overlooked your hotel (we too had to look at around 30 large overflowing dustbins each day - very attractive!!!) The food wasnt too bad at the Rila but we preferred to eat out each night which sums it all up. We too had a maid that obviously thought you didnt have to do anything just show up!
Anyway, we wont be returning but glad we had the experience and at least the snow conditions were ...
