So I can check in 2 bags as long as they do not exceed the allowance?

Yeah Richard you can check in 2 bags so long as together they don't exceed 20kg and if you have no hand luggage they will generally let you off if you are a bit over. I generally find I am a few kilos over and have never been charged even though I exceed hand luggage too. They are normally pretty reasonable they just won't take boots in the cabin any longer due to the safety issue.

thanks guys i know they will charge for the board. we going to put the boots in with the board. think may leave enough weight allowance in either mine or my husbands main luggage for his boots. thanks again can't wait untill tommorow will be more excited once all luggage etc checked in though. anyone in pamps at the mo whats the weather doing now
