excellent for me last year, apart from our flight time being changed to late evening, and then got delayed even more on the day. no probs with the holiday itself.

re: Balkan Holidays

This will be my fourth trip to Bulgaria, three of which (including this one) have been with Balkan Holidays. I have never had any problems with them. The flights are basic, but I've always flown without much delay.
The reps have been where they said they would be when thay said they would.
I've never got involved in any of the organised entertainmant,so I can't comment on that, but then I'm only there to make the most of the skiing/snowboarding.

Go with an open mind. The facilites are all good enough for what you need. If you're looking for 5 star luxury, then pay three times the amount and head to Canada! We do this every few years as a treat , but still keep coming back to Bulgaria in between!

Enjoy!

re: Balkan Holidays

I agree with Vicky

The standard of our flight last March 2004 was adequate enough, and although the food was not excellent, neither is much airline food.

If it get's you to resort and back home in one piece then it really must be considered a good flight
