On the question of lift pass prices... I am heading over in December and if all goes well, sacking work for a month or so in Jan / Feb and suspect a season pass would be the best way to go.
Do any of you have any words of advice on the lift pass - or anything else?
that would be about five weeks skiing, possibly still cheaper to buy a week at a time, have a look on bansko ski in a couple of weeks as no prices on there yet.
A season pass works out at terrible value for money - I forget the exact amount but you really have to be living in the place for the whole season to make it worthwhile. A day pass is 50 leva (25 EUR) and 6 days something like 280 leva with various discounts if you rent equipment/instructors from Ulen. There used to be a regular users discount (ie, if you're Bulgarian or have been before) but they stopped this early in January last year and I suspect it'll be gone this year. I don't think ...
