skigal - by the time you have sorted a flight, seperate transfer, hotel, ski gear, lift pass, lessons etc. you might as well book a package hol. do it on the net (extra saving) they do a 'learn to ski' pack which includes all your gear and a weeks lessons and it is £40 quid cheaper than a standard ski pack , I dont know why (does anyone else?)
you will save some money doing everything yourself, but not much, let someone else have the hassle

Hi Ski gal. I have booked separately and saved a lotFlights from Dublin to Sofia (in February) 100 return
150 transfer return Sofia - Bansko in a minibus and 250 for 2 bed apartment so 700 for 3 for a week not bad,
But i have to put ski lessons on top best price i have so far is 250 each learn to ski package
Anyone any better prices.

I`m taking my 14 year old son to Bansko in half term Feb 2009,and for 3 days,hire of boots,poles,skis,4 hour lesson each day,lift passes,and an evening ski all for 132 Euros each.I think its a bargain.

the season pass was not a terrible deal last year. you got your money back in 25 days, so if you are there for a month it is cheaper.re: Bansko, ski hire, ski pass etc

Just wondering if anyone knows roughly how much it would be to rent skis, boots and poles for about 4 days with a lift pass in Bankso without lessons?re: Bansko, ski hire, ski pass etc
