Hi Guys
just got back from Bansko today Booo!!
ignore the bad reports, the runs are all open and yesterday it snowed all day on the mountain, so once the slopes have been bashed it should be great. We had one full day of rain, but being British we carried on regardless and froze, then thawed out in the sauna when we got back, it did melt the snow in town,(cant ski there so who cares) but didn't cause to much damage to the slopes. A few slushy patches, they will freeze and snow will cover, makes for interesting skiing??
Ski school is a must as they know there way round the mountain and can tell you the conditions of all the runs. if you haven't been to Bansko before it's a good idea.
Plenty of good pubs and restaurants. More snow has been forecasted so fingers crossed for all you lucky buggers!

Nice to hear from you all! I hope we all do get to meet up at some point...i'll be celebrating my birthday whilst we are there, it will be my 30(going on 1th so the more to celebrate with the merrier!

We'll definitely be trying out the Happy End and Lion Bar, also heard there's a club called Amnesia that's quite good, which i think is in the Old Town..?

Thanks for taking your time to give feedback Bea..good to hear that you had a great time and nice to hear some positive things about Bansko. As for skiing in the rain...good on you, us Brits are used to it haha!
