It was similar the last two years ive been and to be honest i didnt see any real problems with it then so dont see there bein too much of a problem this time either. chins up.

Hi Amanda, even with part of the mountain closed you'll still have a fab time.

Bansko do have skidoos, a 1hr expeditions is 90lv single or 60lv each if you choose to double up. You follow a qualified quide from the bottom of the mountain to the top and bac down again.

If you choose to do it let meknow if it was fun, we contemplated it this yr but chose not to in favour of a dark side taster, er i mean snowboard taster!

Just returned from Bansko, lots of snow, yet very quite on the slopes and in the town. May be different when you go though. We stayed in MR 1, not bad although had to pay for sauna, jacuzzi etc which we weren't too happy about (9 euro per day). Thanks for the info Rach and Dan...i'm getting really impatient now..just want to be on the slopes!!!

If we decide to go skidooing, i'll report back on how it was...it certainly sounds like fun!

Yeah the situation is the same with MR4 Dan, we have to pay to use the spa facilities which is annoying, but as long as the accomodation is ok, that's the main thing..

Off tomorrow morning nice and early as long as the flights are still running. Had the rare chance to get some practice in last night till late on british snow, yes british snow!!!! Now really cant wait. Cant wait to finish my last day at current job today and head out to the balkan white stuff.
