Hi everyone,Just wondered if anyone is going to Bansko on 7th Feb?
We are a group of three girls, flying from Bristol with Balkan Holidays, second time skiing for all of us...so if there is anyone who would like to give us some tips on the slopes, it would be much appreciated
Looking forward to the apres ski, but no need for any tips on that haha...

yep going there on 7th with few mates but they r total virgin skieers so they wil be at ski school!! however i will be up the slopes as soon as i can on the 8th!re: Bansko 7th Feb

Well we have decided to book ski school too, just so that we can brush up on the (very few) skills that we have, as it was three years ago that we went...but we are hoping to be able get the hang of it again after a couple of days and do our own thing...maybe even attempt a red
Have you been to Bansko before? Some of the reviews worry me, so i’ve decided to stop reading them...can’t stop looking at the weather forecast though, even if they are all different haha! Fingers ...

Where are you guys staying? We are staying in Mountain Residence 4 which is opposite the Kempinski Hotel, so it’s near to the gondola..haven't found any reviews on it, but i think it’s quite new so hopefully that's the reason why

cool sounds good and im sure u will mange the reds!! ignore the bad news on here re bansko u will hav a super time, think there was more snow yesterday so that will help, but snow has been good in banskomy mates are stayn at narcis which is not that far away from u , i am stayin down in the old town about 10 mins walk from gondola in snowhouse apartments so if u r down that way call in for a drink b most welcome anyway dnt b panicking u will hav a ball

Hi amanda, Im heading out from the 4th- 14th with 6 mates all varying standards. 2 skiiers and 5 boarders, all of my mates being beginners and will be learning too.one of my mates has picked up skiing very well after being twice and now is on blacks ( the guy has no fear) You will love bansko, this is my 3rd time now and although a little different other resorts its a great little place. We will be staying in the katarino complex outside bansko but will be spending many a night in the ...

Good news is it looks like they have had a major dump of snow last few days!!!!!!! cant wait to go now

Happy End at the bottom of the gondola at the end of the day always seems to be a popular spot for apres or lion bar further down the road. look forward to bumping into everyone
