Property investment is a long term strategy - if you take a long term view a lot can happen - evolution of mortgages, entry to eu, extended runs and lifts etc.. the arrival of a civil airport closer to Bansko than sofia is not that far fetched. If you think Bansko will take a further 5-10 years to fully develop I reckon in that time there is a good chance of it happening - it's crystal clear they are trying to make it happen - it's well documented - they just have'nt succeeded yet. Anyone know what the going rate is per sq m for an apartment there?
