Let's just establish the fact that compared to other european resorts food and drink up the mountain is cheap even when it's expensive.

Its true Damo, 4 of us sat down in a regarded reasonable bar in Tignes Du Lac, shared two margarita pizzas, and had a couple of pints each..... 100E

As Stevie c said try the resteraunts at Shiligarnica some of the open air stalls etc behind the Balkan Holidays hoardings. Avoid the Ulen owned places by the gondola or around and about they tend to be more expensive with worse quality food The friendly hotel or the stalls in frontre: Bansko slopes cost of food and drink
