Evening Meal - again a help yourself buffet style, all food lovely and warm and covered...don't forget the food will not be piping but nice to eat as is the Bukgarian way. There were different dishes on for different day. Plenty of things like...stew - rice dishes - paella - mexican - curries - fish - bread - soups - salad bar - fruit - chocolate desserts - yoghurts...honestly there was so much going on!!!
For the Evening meal...if you fancy a beer, unless you have a preference for a beer...a Bulgarian beer cost us 3 levs each, but once I ordered a Becks and I think is was closer to 4.75 levs.
The Staff are on hand to remove your dishes once you are finished so don't worry it is the normal thing to happen. Just go back up and get a fresh plate and help yourself.
If you fancy having lunch instead of the eveing meal you can also do this as well.
There is a nice bar on the ground floor with plenty of chill out area seating...with nice views of the slopes. Upstairs there is a large screen TV with pool table and plenty more seats with another bar as well....really nice.
The outdoor pool is usually open during the day but closes when the day starts to lose the light...it is acessed via the normal swimming pool area via a sliding door. The temp for the indoor pool was 27 degrees...the outdoor one is 30 degrees. You know when not to use ti as the cover will be over it. There is a nice jacquizzi which is 37 degrees....nice and warm. Lovely steam rooms and relaxing rooms with lovely lighting to chill out in for free.
Thank you...gutted as being picked up at 5:20 am on Saturday!!!!
Another couple of things...after your evening meal, if they don't bring it to you, ask for your bill. You can then add a tip onto whatever drink you ordered instead of tipping the waiters directly as there are so many of them over several days.
At the end of the week...all tips are then divided up equally for everyone. I did tip the guy in the ski room directly as he usually hangs up your boots and skis for you so he ...

With the ski room...they have heated racking for your ski boots overnight. And the skis are placed in a different racking next to them. Most people tended to wear trainers down to the ski room and leave them on the heated rack so you have shoes to walk back to your room.
One other note...think I messed up with the beer prices from my previous post. The Bulgarian beers were a little bit more...I think were a tad more than 3 levs each but not by much.
On my last note...the stairs have doors with a RED PUSH BAR. I wasn't sure if these were going to set off any fire alarms...but trust me, they are just the normal way of opening the doors to the main stairs instead of using the lifts.
