on J2ski website is.... Tues 15cm, Wed 7cm, Thur 9cm, Sat 4cm and Sun 2cm!! yay.. nice and fluffy for when we get there this weekend

Given they have been consistently wrong so far this year, I wouldn't get too excitedre: Bansko snow forecast...
I am not getting too excited, it does look much better on the cam than when I was there at christmas though... just looking forward to a week off work and if sking is great thats a bonus - do not relish the thought of sking on ice and stones again

Piste conditions were very poor by the end of last week when we left - They definately need a load more snowre: Bansko snow forecast...
Everyone seems to be so negative on here
at the end of the day, it's a holiday and it's the only holiday i'll get this year so i'm going to enjoy it!!! if there isn't much snow then so be it, i'll make use of the spa in the hotel, wander around the shops, have some long lazy lunches etc.... it's a week off work to spend time with my other half before the chaos of moving into our first house, and i can't wait!!!!!!

Assuming the freeze level stays low, there should be a fair amount of snow overnight tuesday into wednesday and then again towards the end of the week.Forget the tourist based weather web sites..most are 99% wrong 99% of the time !
My prediction? Taken from professional sites offering data only, not pretty pictures !!

Not meaning to be negative - Just telling it like it is - I am sure you will have a great time and historically the last two years Europe have had big dumps of snow late in the season so I am sure it will be fine and I hope it is - HAve a good holidayre: Bansko snow forecast...
hi saskia, that wasn't aimed at you sorry! it just seems that people are talking themselves into having a terrible time before they even get there, i appreciate everyone who's taken the time to write an honest report of their holiday, and i'm sure that most points are totally valid, but spare a thought for us lot who've been looking forward to this holiday for months and it's finally here this week but everyone is saying it's awful don't go, well it's a bit late to change now!!

i am going open minded. i dont care really....just need a break from work....i am so excited. went to a dry slope last night.....GOD my body hurts now...what am i going to be like after 2 days!!HEHEOff on saturday from bristol stayin at perun

We're flying from Manchester on Saturday, staying at the Lion which i think is across the road from Perun so see you there jenna!!
