I was there last season - 1st week in Feb 05, and it snowed really heavily for the first five days, I mean loads of snow!. From what I have read/heard Bansko has a very good snow record and is also supported by 40 or so snow canons on the pistes.
The runs are great for everyone from beginers right through to experts and there were no queues at any time during our week break, even at the weekend when it gets quite busy.
