Bulgaria Ski discussion board

Quick background info, going to Borovets for the third year due to low costs and flying from Scotland.
Every year the discussion about how much Ski holidays cost comes up, and I always read with interest the comments about how you can go to other places in europe other than Bulgaria for the same amount or just a little bit extra.
This is just for interest and a bit of fun, but could people cost up two adults, flights from Edinburgh, halfboard (any grade of hotel), ski only hire, and lift passes for the 23 Jan 10 for 1 week. I would be interested to see if it is less than I am paying now, more importantly so would the long haired General!!

My apologies if my point hasn't come across.What I was trying to get across was the fact that some people ( who don't seem to like Bulgaria!) have said it is as cheap or only slightly more expensive to go else where, I am very interested to know where they got their prices, because after many hours looking I haven't found anything comparable. So I was asking the kind people of this site if they knew where these prices were. As i said before I've already booked and paid for a week in Boro.
