re:Best Time For Borovets Next Year?

Weve been 4 times and always choose the first week of feb. Weve had loads of snow every year bar this one but again seemed to have better snow than everyone else this year and temps averaging -6 to -8 that week. We are planning to go back next year as we love the resort despite the fact 75% of runs were shut. Am just holding onto the hope that conditions cant surely be as bad next year. Instructor said its the worst since 1984.
