Has anyone booked ski equipment and lift pass hire through bulgariaski.com before? They have been slow to reply to emails and in some cases not receiving them at all and now need entire credit card details faxing across for full payment.
Yes I am literally having the same problem right now except not just with the ski equipment with the whole reservation! I sent a reservation form but have had no sort of reply at all. It just says 'enquiry sent' but I have paid or confirmed anything yet. I'm starting to worry that I'm going to be too late to take the holiday now.
did you get confirmation of booking? It's just i had already sent details of our card once and we emailed them the other day in absence of any reply and they said they had not received any fax from us.
Yep, I got an email confirmation stating that the transaction was successful and that the rep would contact me in resort on the first day of holiday. The money has left by Bank account, so I hope this is just a hick-up on their side...?
I booked through the site for the last 2 trips to Borovets and it worked well. They are slow to reply to emails but a reminder to them is always helpful! Our rep was in the airport to collect us as arranged and he had our lift passes with him so no worries there. I also had to fax the credit card form so don't worry about that. If you are faxing, keep the confirmation slip and make sure you email to confirm it has been sent also. I am sure things will get sorted for you.

I have booked through Bulgariaski.com this time, never used them before so i'm hoping will all go fine without any problems. I didn't have any of the problems with the booking that some of you have mentioned, sometimes bit slow in returning e-mails but I was never really that bothered about it to be honest, they always replied in the end.
Im sure all will be fine in the end they seem pretty safe to me and judging by Glenn's ...

all i can sya is good luck. it took us 3 days to get hire do not even bother i would recommend you buy your own befor eyou go, the sheds to the left of the town are shoddy do not go there.
