re: Booking through bulgariaski.com

I've booked for 18 Feb through this site - they were indeed slow to reply to emails but eventually got confirmation, printed off receipts (and retained!)- also booked transfer - the only thing i'm worried about is our flights with Hemus (Bulgarian) i've got printed e-tickets for 5 of us but they have still to debit account - i've even alerted them to this as don't want to turn up at Heathrow & not check-in!

They do seem very slow in responding to any correspondance, but I have yet to hear of anybody being let down by them or not delivering what was expected.

Suzie, your comments are welcome but the unfortunate experiences you had are not the norm.

It will be the same every year. People will share the same weeks holiday and will return with entirely different views. Some say they hated it, some say it was the best holiday they've ever had.

It's not for me to say that either are wrong ...

It's not for me to say that either are wrong because they are not - we just all expect different things.

re: Booking through bulgariaski.com

I think the prices quoted by this site seem to be a bit more expensive than what you can get when you arrive at the resorts. I know last year that 4 of us went out to Bansko. We got all ski equipment and instruction for €120/ person (excluding lift pass) for 6 days. We considered this excellent value particularly as there was only a small group of 4 people. This was through Bansko sports who we have used for the last 3 seasons and have always been very happy with them and have seen no major ...

Would this be possible PP?

re: Booking through bulgariaski.com

Well after reading most of the comments and them being positive, I have re-faxed my details across. The only problem is I am leaving the country tomorrow so let's hope they're speedy with a reply!

Many thanks for all your input.
