Travelling with Inghams and ski hire with Borosports. How far is ski collection from Moula Hotel please, what time do they open and do they choose your skis for you?What should I be looking for with skis?

was speaking to a lady who was travelling back on same plane as me last week.she said that the equip from borosports was really bad, she complained to the Inghams rep but got no were with her complaint . so beware, i can only go by her comments

I rented snowboard equipment from borosport and was given a board that was way too short and had no edges whatsoever and gouges down the board as deep as the grand canyon so i agree with philip.......... ok its rental equipment but there should be a level where the equipment gets to such a bad state that they should replace it, the stuff i had must have been at least 4/5 seasons old minimum. Am going again so have just bought my own equipmentre: Borosports
Does crystal use the same equipment as Inghams? im traveling out with a party of 6 learners and im worried now the equipment will be really bad

were also going with inghams on sat 6th. maybe if we all complain to the rep as a group we would get somewhere. Im not putting up with sub standard equipment after all we have paid for it.re: Borosports
Could someone that lives in Borovets permanently / short term comment on Borosports and what actions / advice they would take should they be presented with sub standard equipment.Lou - great idea. Suggest at the 1st opportunity we get with rep. Any volunteers??????

I have finally managed to convince my parents after all these years to try sking and if they have blisters and are in pain for the week they are going to hate it and never do it again. I really wont be happy if the equipment is terrible. Will definitely complain if thats the case.

I've skied with people who had blisters and were in pain, and were in their own brand new boots! Take Compeed blisters in case you do get a blister or two. Buy a couple of of pairs of proper ski socks - well worth the money as they have a re-inforced panel down the front . You can pick up these for under a £10. Finally, I have skied with Borosport 5 times now. Boots have been fine - you may have to try on a couple of pairs to suit you size wise. Skis and poles also OK, never stopped me ...
