honestly no one carries any weight with borosport. they are a law unto themselves. saying that if you are not happy with your boots they will change them for you. Try a couple of pairs. Bear in mind that if you are trying to get your gear on sunday morning the place will be jammed with people so they try to get through everyone as quickly as possible. you will get a better response from them if you go back on sunday afternoon or monday morning when they are less busy. For beginning skiers blisters are almost impossible to avoid. Often it is not really the boots that are to blame. It's the technique and the fact that there is pressure on your legs in areas that you will never have had before. One small tip. If you have long socks always pull them tight up above the top of the boots. I have seen so many people with bad blisters becuase they leave their socks bundled inside the boot and it causes bad friction. Hope you understand what I mean
I've changed my gear - they will but as Mac says try them on, ski with them if they are uncomfortable go back lunchtime or in afternoon and change them. Inghams rep does not hang around ski wardrobe all day, it's up to you to tell the guys behind the counter if your stuff doesn't fit. You may have to be firm but in my experience they do it! I also changed gear once at the Samokov wardrobe, and they were similarly reluctant but did change my boots - I then changed them back again to ...
