Also there are alot of places to hire stuff from, usually ski &boot hire can be arranged from £60-£80 per person, if done locally.
Lessons vary but as a general idea a private instructor will ususally charge either for their time, or per person. This usually depending on numbers 2-4 people can work out at about £50-£80 per day (not per person) most are happy to work something out that is flexible to a family-groups need.
Lift passed pre-book if you can

Not looking to get private tuition just a few quick lessons to get us going. Seen the hunters for around £50 these lessons seem ok, although someone from this site offered me ski lessons for £40 so not sure what to do. Does anyone know if you book through your holiday provider (thomas cook) who they do there lessons and hire through?

You may want to give Ski Holiday Extras a contact . They do a complete ski package, All equipment, Boots to helmets, 6 day lift pass, and four days ski instruction for 159Euros.

Thanks but already prebooked lift pass with the holiday.

I have booked with hunters as people have said they are very accomodating even with the snow.
