Coffee Facilities - Can't remember TBH.

Ski Pass - wow that really sucks from Inghams. You'd think that a company would be glad to accept money when you phoone up and offer it them! I'm not sure how you go about booking through this site. Maybe you could search this forum or even start a new thread to get a response? Good luck.

PS if you don't you can get them from the SkiLift at the start of your holiday - costs £100ish apparently.

Cheers for that , at least it will only cost a few quid more buying them out there, I had a thought they might cost shed loads more.

I rarely post on here but went to Borovets last year with Inghams.

We booked everything up before we went but you should have a coach ride from the airport and there will be at least one Inghams rep on board. They will be able to answer any questions and should be able to sort out lift passes etc for you! Don't worry about things, every question will get answered on the coach before you even arrive.

The reps are very helpful, as was everyone else i encountered in Borovets! Smile

Thanks Matt

We were with Inghams in Canada and I have to say they where good, I did suspect that a lot of stuff might be able to be sorted while on the coach to the resort but I wanted to cover all bases.........just incase Wink and to get a view from others just so I didnt get led up the garden path by the reps Wink not that it happened in canada.

re: Borovets first timer from the UK

Spent New Year in Borovets, hired equipment in resort via Fiona and Andrew (a great kiwi couple living out there). They organised equipment for a group of 19 of us. All equipment was excellent (some of it brand new). We did not have 2 queue for the equipment and all of us were kitted out in about 30 minutes. It cost 120 lev for 6 days hire. They also organised some private tuition for some of the group - 35 lev for 1 hour, 50 lev for 2 hours (excellent instructor - Volli). Fiona's e-mail ...
