Went to Borovets 3 years ago, stayed at the Samokov. We were given our vouchers on the transfer coach and very clear instructions on what to do next. Samokov has it's own ski depot so it was easy. We then gathered outside in small groups and the instructors put us into groups depending on ability and took it from there. Nothing to worry about at all. Which hotel are you booked into ? Booze
