Bulgaria In March

Hi one and all,

Having just got back from Boro we have been bitten by the bug and are going to try and get another week in before the end of March around the 22nd. Just was after some advice on what resort is the best for skiing around this time.

Either Bansko or Borovets.........we have been skiing into late March in Boro the last couple of seasons.
Once the bug hits......it's hard to shake off!!!

Fiona do you know if Bansko keeps the ski road back to town going as late as mid March Question

I was out in Bansko 2nd week in April last year & loads of snow & very few skiers thankfully plenty of room for me & my board

The ski road is only going if there is enough snow.

Yeah well, I do understand there has to be snow and cold temperature to run the snow cannons on ski road but is it usually open in March? Mad
