Thanks Peter, mid March, obviously it's not a huge problem, I just enjoyed the blast at the end of the day and wondered if it might be open. I can go to bed now a happy snowboarder.

It was open last march, the snow in march was the best all year and this year there is lots more, plus more snow cannons

Skiied last 2 weeks of March in Borovets last year - brilliant snow but lots of hot sun too. Came back with a lovely tan and panda eyes.

End of March is usually good in Boro. April is usually good too but you have to make your own arrangements. Rila is open all year and you can book direct with them. We're hoping to get back beginning of April - group of 15 if the snow is there.

you can ski well into April. Quite good snow abit of waxing how and then sun cream and noooo queues at all.
Boro is usually better toward the end of the season .last season closed 2 week later that Bansko and alot later that pamporovo which ends end of March the latest if nor earlier.

hi jules we are going to borovets mega cheap deal on the 22nd of march if you look at the snow arcives for the past 3 years it seems good for snow.I would rarther go march than early jan hope to see you there

We are booked to stay at the Hotel Muera for a week on 1st March. Does anyone know anything about this particular Hotel? We stayed at the Samokov for Christmas 2006.
