Guys not sure, but last year many people laugh about me, if I wrote that you pay to high prices and called it cheap, so this problem is made by us or better made from you, I stop paying to much, some years ago, last year in december I payed for a single malt whisky 7,50 lev for 50 g not for a chocolat, with Sunny Beach Brandy.

So please recognise the prices of things in Bulgaria, the most things as wine, spirits etc is up for only 20 % in the last five years, may be longer. The prices for gasoline are higher and for engery too, but imagine you pay the full bottle of Brandy if you pay 4 lev for a hot chocolat, and you get 40 may be 50 g not 700.
These is a fantastic rate they make and a grea buisness, so let me know if anyone will rent a shack for sell hot chocolat with brandy or mulled wine.
The main problem if it is that is that Borosport run most of the mountain bars and the lifts and the rila etc etc, on the one hand its just short of a monopoly, but on the other hadn theyve just installed two brand new lifts, which we are all happy about. Just to put it in perspective each seat/ chair thats each one costs over 3000euros thats a lot of investment to recoup and sorry folks but its a buisness and needs to pay. Just do what we do, break for lunch down in the resort not on the ...

Just do what we do, break for lunch down in the resort not on the mountain ! its much cheaper, and if one bar is too expensive one day then dont go back!!!!!!!!!!!
ps borosport instructors are instructed to take their classes to borosport bars
Sorry fraser and Sarah, this is may be a part of the problem, but the big problem is that everyone payed the prices as I was the first time in Borovez a draught beer was 1,50 lev in the Hotel bars auf Ela, Mura etc in the Buzz Bar and the Elite and 1,20 in the Tschutschuliga, and the prices raise every year and the UK tourists say oh thats much cheaper as home and payed the new price. But the real prices doesn't change, I see it every time in the supermarkets as the small oe called Bor or ...

And a Kamenitza cost 50 stotinki a dark one 55.

All you people who go Skiing in Pamporovo and Borovets and rave on about how cheap it is,(yes I am talking about the two lady acconts I met who seemed to earning over twise the UK's national salary ) ,and take £500 each with them to spend ,have too much money at their disposal.and it would appear that these types can easily afford to go to Switzerland or the flash resorts of France ...........so go ;and leave Bulgaria to us poorer ski fans who would love to ski elsewhere but can not afford ...

youve missed the point ! how do you recoup millions of euros spent on infrastructure, doesnt matter what the price is in samakov town, the company that has invested in the lifts is obviously looking for a return, and youd be amazed how much is down to them, small example Borosport have vastly increased the cost for the lift passes for the other ski school instructors, so its not just the 'english' to blame for paying higher prices.
