Hi Colin only got back yesterday had a quick look in the estate agents windows while out there you shouldnt have any problems with that kind of budget, but do make sure its close to the town and the gondla as we rented a great one bed place but was a 15 to 20 min walk from centre and ski resort and would be put us off renting that particular property again for that reson and that reson only.there were some great appartments being built with pools ect

hi to anyone interested in buying a property in bansko firstly i agree with tim there is no diffrence in 1 bed appart to a 2 bed rental market but i disagree with the others who say you have to buy in the centre of bansko next to gondola there are developments being built in razlog where the spa and golf courses are being built indoor/outdoor pools,basketball courts/tennis courts volleyball, gymnasium, free shuttle bus to gondola 1kilometere away this resort will have stunning views not ...

the resort has own resturants & bars, free shuttle bus into town and back out of town so you can get peaceful nights sleep after a night out and wont be woken in early hours when pubs &clubs close.

Thanks Sam,We will probably have to go for a 1 bed rather than a two bed if we are going to be near the gondola with the budget we have.
