This is true, but you never know someone who's been to bulgaria just might have also been to canada, have already left message on canada discussion board, but thanks for pointing this out to me I wish I was as clever as you!
Yeah I know but not everyone can be. Plus cheapish and Canada do not really go together. Best prices I have seen where all last minute allocation on arrival and late season. If you like taking risks then that would be the way to do it. But as you want to go Xmas you aint going to get a cheapish holiday now are you?
Cheapish hey you said it? My defination of cheapish would be Bulgaria 1 week for 2 people all in £800. Cheap as chips. Think you might well be paying a little bit more than that for Canada! Perhaps Val will tell you how much she paid for Banff Last xmas or was it Karen? Both have been so they might reply when they come online.
Having been to Bulgaria and Canada - I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND Canada. The conditions of the pistes are A1 and the people are so friendly and happy to help you. If you have never skied in Canada its an eye opener and the only bad side to it, is that once youve been, you wont want to go anywhere else.
Suggest you take a look at the internet for deals - we went on a last minute booking and spent two weeks in Banff at the Caribou Lodge hotel (superb) all for around £600. ENJOY ...
