Ive had no problems using any of the kitchens whilst in catered accom. Just f**k the expense for one day !re: Catered Chalets
Aligo and enjoy it you will find something cheap enough to eat, stop worrying about the cost you will possibly find it not as bad as you think, as from what we have said I think you think you need to either win the lottery or take out a second morgage, its just no where as cheap as bulgaria and as long as you go with that in mind you will be fine.

Dont forget to buy a violin though - just to set the mood for when you're hungry and your only candle has burnt out.Two skiing holidays in 3 months and your worried about how you're gonna eat for one night. - where's the tissues - thats heartbreaking!

Ali go out for some French food it's not to be missed. Treat yourself ! I went a couple of weeks ago and regret not going out for a meal like I did in April.re: Catered Chalets
Ali - i know there is always lots of talk about how in France its £5 for a bag of crisps etc and there are expensive places yes, but the supermarkets in resort are not usually as expensive as you might think. On our chalet girls night off we bought a rotisserie chicken for about £6 and a couple of other bits to go with it and it didnt break the bank. Stop worrying and look forward to it - catered chalets are by far the cheapest way to go to France - on the 2 occasions my family and I went ...

Eat a good breakfast, stuff your pockets with Mars bars and you wont need dinner on the slopes.

Thanks NIcky,I'm not worried was just asking for advice (certainly not sympathy) many thanks to those people who gave it.
Not sure why some people feel the need to be judgemental and critical in response to a fairly simple question but they you go that's people
