As I understand it the LEV is pegged to the Euro at rthe rate of 1.96 LEV per Euro.

Sterling is currently at around 1.41 Euro to the Pound (albiert it has varied from 1.4 to 1.5 over the last year.)

IThis means that the fair exchnage rate is around 2.71 LEVS to the £ but it could have been up at 2.8 or so last year.

Im heading out on the 29 January and am staying at the Pamporovo hotel in Pamporovo by the sounds of it they take a whopping commission!!
