Whilst I agree certain posters can annoy us from time to time if I was to delete or ban him it would indicate that nobody could post anything we didn't agree with for fear of removal.
I will always remove foul language (serious foul language posters always get an immediate and lifetime ban) personal insults and threats, untrue and misleading posts and blatant advertizing.
As he has yet to cross those lines I am not prepared to do anything - just yet! But I am keeping a very ...

I had the same problem for ages Dan - kept mailing Sofia and eventually it worked.My email is still the same.
