I got Pentax Optio S5i this year; it's excellent, very tiny, fits in your hand easily, 5MP, optical zoom, video clips of unlimited length, sound recording, and lots of other options. Alluminium-made. It costs around 400 euros and I would recommend it highly.

Three people in our group couldn't get camera working due to cold temps, so may be better with disposable as well!
