I think i must of went to a different borovets, only i did not see any trouble whatsoeve,ok i see a few ppl drunk and having a good time but hey they are on holiday.I think for the amount of people that were in borovets (23rd of feb)the behaviour was very good.I think this drinking lark has been blown out of proportion with only a very small minority acting like twats. If they did raise the price of beer up and just kept the same amount of pistes how many ppl would return.

Borovets in general is a dump.Even if they put the drinks up even more, the place will still not compete with other countries, due to the lack of snow care and the antique lift system and their fleecing attitude.
so what i`m trying to say is,Drinks are not the only problem for borovets. They are in a catch 22 situation really,if they raise the drinks up then they may lose alot of clients so how do they cope with this so called problem without raising prices?
Nicky I invited Mikey over to the warm site to discuss the issues he's raised i.e. cheap clientele, drunken tourists, drugs, corruption etc in SB with posters on there. These SB issues should be discussed over there . A couple of points you made Mikey I do agree with but on the whole I find you very anti SB. I'm now going back to the warm site so why don't you give everyone a break on this site and come over . . . . I'm sure they'd be happy
If your wanting to price out the so called "Alcohol Holiday makers" how do you expect these places to survive? I can appreciate that you get some idiots, god I have seen enough and been one a few times, but there is no way these people will stop going anywhere.. I think a big thing your missing as well, the younger generation go away to have a good time and get drunk, that's their idea of a holiday.. and why not?? the booze is there, the bars are open, there gonna take advantage of it. And I ...

And I have got to say, I was personally very disapointed by no "Happy Hours" in pamps this year... &to say no "normal" people going to Sunny Beach? I think that's wrong to say, people go to where they can afford, and if is Sunny beach so be it, you know what your getting before you go... I think normal people are those who work 9-5, 5 days a week, get paid a decent salary and enjoy there holidays.. So if they an't normal I don't know what is...

thanks for the invitation but not interested really
I am Not labelling exactly you because I dond know you personally.
the reality though is that the almost full majority is the cheap clientelle in SB-sorry but thats a fact admited by the BG governement, the Uk tour companies, the locals, by just about everybody connected with the BG Beach.
I am sorry it is new to you.

already been to SB 3 times this year(let me say this again three times) and have seen it with my own eyes what the future looks this season have spoke with various people even more, smelled the place and can judge somehow the same way as the situ at the winter resorts.
Dont forget that I am local there too.
As for the construction to continue deyond 1st May it is a fact
-so for all of sun lovers be prepared especially in May and June for a bit ''construction knowledge in your face'' while there.
PB there is different story if you want to hear the other side of the tourist rosy general story.
Not interested Mikey, well I am. You've raised the subject, you come onto different threads singing the same old tune, but, you won't come onto the summer site to discuss it with people who are going there for their holidays and/or own property or thinking of buying out there. You seem to know a lot of information, perhaps you're the local Godfather I would also like to hear about the other tourist rosy side
