Just back from Boro and didn't have a bad eating experience considering my partner is a vegan!We had superb pizzas in Franko's (they even prepared a vegan one!), chilli at Marmacitias, bulgarian stew and chicken bites at Silver Eagle (opp Flora, just after medical centre). The best chips were had at Avalanche bar (bottom of Rila slope, next door to Kareoke Bar).
We were really impressed with the food, having been previously subject to the slop they serve in the Olymp.

Good food @ Salamander,Hunters, Blue - none of them very cheap but excellent service/food. Try also the restaurant that's first left of the button opposite the Rila and the place opposite the Flora next to the rescue centre (man outside say's "cheap as chips, Asda price!!) Don't rule out going into Samonkov for a night either - some very good restauants now at a fraction of the price you will pay in the resort. Generally more expensive than previous years but these places still serve very ...

I have to say, I never felt like staying too long !!?
