Thomson are also offering free lift passes on certain dates, not sure if it ties in with your plans, but worth a look. Personally wouldn't touch Balkan with a bargepole, seen too many comments on previous threads about flights changing, etc - not worth the hassle in my opinion, they're not that much cheaper from what I've seen.
Definitely Boro for resort, plenty to do in the evening and enough runs to keep you busy at beginner/intermediate level, don't think too many for the highly ...
