Always use a condom, wear a seat belt, put sun screen on and wear a helmet - its not overkill - its common sense.
Remember what happened to Arron last year? Arron always wears a helmet apart from 1 day last year. He was boarding alone on the new blue in Pamporovo when he took a tumble and smashed his head. Ended up in intensive care with suspected brain damage. Fortunately he made a full recovery but it taught him a serious lesson.
