Looks like its more Gym sessions for a few weeks and a good massage mid week. Maybe a good swim in the Strazhite if I can tear myself away from the bar for long enough!
I like the idea of just point the ski's down the hill but not sure if that would apply to the Tomba.
A tip from oesteopath given to my husband was every night when back to your room lie on front and pull heel up to bum for a count of 15 - 20 seconds each leg 5 times this stretches front muscle we did this and 1st year no problems
although didn't help hubby's back back at oesteopath today after returning yesterday but reckons it was sitting on bus and plane for so long not the skiing
