This is to do with agricultural and cargo planes, as i have the pleasure to be working alongside BH Air i am well aware what the situation is with the BH Planes flying within the EU. They would not be allowed to land in the EU or operate within EU countries if they did not meet the guidlines laid out. This is regardless of Bulgaria being an EU member or not.
