As Anyone bought here ? And if so have they been out there and sen the progress of the build. I have been told that it's 'nearing completion' but that statement seems to be one well used and doesn't mean that much in terms of days , weeks , months ? Any updates as to progress would be welcome.Many Thanks, Jimmy

Hi, Jimmy. Seems to me I'am not alone with my angry on them. Last instalment I paid 1 year ago and still waiting notarious deed. I trying to contact somebady, but they are not very cooperative. If you have any news , let me know. Kestasre: Florimont, Bansko
Hi Kestas,Apparently the building is now complete and the Act 16 was signed last year ? I have no evidence of this just the Z Properties say so...
Have you paid in full ? If so did you recieve any income from the 08/09 ski season ?

Hi There!So its not just me and hubby who is being messed about? Only get contact from them if late with payment! No update.... no statements....NOTHING
Apparently, statements will be sent out in December with details about rentals etc.....Won't hold my breath. Think we need to find other buyers and start our own forum? What ya think?Cheers

Hi there.At last I get notarious deed and bulstat card from my lawyer and I'm little bit relaxed now. But... I tried to find person in charge who could explain situation about rent: occupancy rates ,promised control of your app. through internet and etc. Nothing, just letter from kolyan about bad situation in renting in Bansko. I'm not expecting millions but basic information and fair treatment.
By the way, a forum would be greate.

Great news for you.......Well done.... Its Kolyan we are dealing with, I know they have breached their contract in my view......How do we go about setting up our own forum?Hope to hear from you soon.

Yes I too think it would be a great idea to start a forum.
I did go out there in June to have a look, and it was I would say 75% finished. They were waiting at that time for the central heating plant to be installed and the basement and grounds were a mess. My apartment was vertually completed, including the furniture, but lots of things were not connected, like shower and sink.
However, I'm fairly sure all will be finished now, as tI believe they have lots of bookings ...

I am also having hassle with this. There is no rental income forthcoming for me, no way of knowing how many days it was rented for etc.(system that was meant to be in place never installed).
I was dealing with Sibylla Seraphim and have talked to Kaloyan and Todor in the past. Sibylla is the so called property manager.

If they arnt paying rental do as others have , cancel contract and change the locks ...and fit a movement detector ... job sorted
