Hi all, I, it seems am another owner of an apartment in the Florimont Casino and Spa Hotel who has signed up for a rental agreement yet is getting no communication from them with regard to occupancy or rental returns. However my apartment has clearly been used from the state of repair on the inside.

Hi all, I, it seems am another owner of an apartment in the Florimont Casino and Spa Hotel who has signed up for a rental agreement yet is getting no communication from them with regard to occupancy or rental returns. However my apartment has clearly been used from the state of repair on the inside.
Earlier this week a Daniel Iliev contacted me asking for the annual maintaince fee. When i told him he could take it from the rentals he wanted to know who i had agreed the rentals with. Miroslav Valkov was that person to which he replied that Miroslav does not work for them.
I met Miroslav when i visited their office in Sofia after he took over from Kalayon Donkov because i was interested in selling my property back to them. At this time i met the CEO who was Kalayon Donkov's brother although i dont remember his first name or the address where we met as i was collocted from the airport.
So be very careful if you have to speak to this person as i have found it almost impossible to reach him. Last i heard he was in Russia working on behalf of "the company"
I would really like to have any contact details or addresses other people have as im trying to chase up the lose of rental, the unlawful use of my apartment without my permission and where my money from the sale that we agreed 1 year ago is.
