Sorry to intrude...but my comment above was only my personal opinion of why I had decided not to invest in Bulgaria as a whole, that includes both ski and beach resorts. I was not being smug. I stated that if I wanted to invest, the only option would be Canaries, that does not mean that I have done so. I have been to BG at least 20+ times and have great friends in the country who agree with my decision.There was no need to be abusive. And further, for your information, the last time I looked ...

I have now had a chance to check and the company we have used in Blagoevgrad is called Stildom. Thus far they hvae been very helpful, particularly an employee named Maria who speaks very good English. We communicate via email and I usually include a Bulgarian translation (done via google) as an attachment, which seems to work OK. They only charge 50lev to deliver to Bansko and the fitting charge is 10% of the value of the order - so we are going to get them to do this as well as it means ...

but that's just a completely different holiday altogether, you can't ski in the canaries?? Also, if you got the chance to buy 6-7 years ago, and you didn't, you missed out on massive profits. Question

Nearest IKEA is in Thessaloniki - only 2.5 hours away.
