Pray to god your not with Balkan Airways, I payed the extra for a Britiania flight to Sofia and I dont mind the longer transfer but never Balkan again!
It was the scariest flight Ive ever been on! The window at the side of me rattled the whole flight, the plane was freezing, the landing was unreal we hit the tarmac and bounced back 5 times before fully landing, and since its now law that you get fed on a flight we git a twix and a cup of cola or fanta lemon.
I dreaded going back! But ...

he he... i know what ure saying!!!just flew with balkan and had to sit right beside the exit... didnt help when I realised the seal had become all iced up!!!! hmmmmmmmmmmm
