i've never skied before (going next year) but if ski goggles are like diving masks then there are sprays on the market to stop the lenses fogging up, or alternatively if you are a cheapskate (like me) the just spit on the inside of the lenses, rub it in a bit and rinse with a bit of water, works wonders.
