Hope your heel lifting problems are solved, I don't suffer from heel lift but have always gone for a good internal lockdown system on the inner boot, means you can have the outer nice and slack and comfy, K2 with inner boa / out lace being a fave, I did have a pump up inner boot on DC's that was an amazing bit of hype that really worked, pumped up the inner bladders around the ankle bones. good luck resolving the heel lift.
